Benjamin Gutekunst

Ben’s sole focus at Woodbridge is his ability to obtain bids from buyers. He serves as an advocate for selling our client’s business. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Ben worked as a technical recruiter at Jobspring Partners in Boston – a professional IT staffing agency matching the most qualified IT professionals with companies of all sizes. He received a double major in Economics and English from College of the Holy Cross.

Matt Mahan

Matt is the administrator of Woodbridge’s Salesforce system and coordinates the launching of Woodbridge client marketing campaigns. In addition, he is responsible for the upkeep of our website. Prior to joining to Woodbridge, Matt worked for several major retailers in key sales and marketing roles, most recently as Department Head at Hobby Lobby. He is also a minister, holding an M.Div. from Trinity School for Ministry in Ambridge, PA.

Andrew Buchholtz

Andrew J. Buchholtz has served as a banker, consultant and operator in the media industry for nearly 25 years. Originally a consultant to magazine publishers and direct marketers at J.S. Eliezer Associates in New York City, he joined Veronis Suhler Stevenson in 1995 and spent ten years buying and selling media properties as a mergers & acquisitions advisor.

Included among the dozens of transactions he has executed, Andrew sold Fast Company Magazine for the Zuckerman Group to Gruner + Jahr (USA), sold White Directory Publishers to the Hearst Corporation, sold Clipper Magazine to Ganett, Inc. and sold Highline Media to Summit Business Media. Sectors in which he has completed assignments include marketing agencies, digital video content, tradeshows, stock photography, education, b2b media, local media, newspapers, consumer publishing, e-commerce, information and cable.

Additionally, Andrew owned Partnership interests in Veronis Suhler Communications Partners II and Veronis Suhler Communications Partners III, the Veronis Suhler Stevenson private equity affiliates. From 2006 through 2008, Andrew served as Managing Director in the BMO Capital Markets Media, Communications & Technology Group where he provided both debt and equity products to media industry clients and later as Managing Director, Head of Media & Entertainment at B. Riley. He earned an MBA in Management from Boston University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, also from Boston University.

Simon Wibberley

Simon joined Woodbridge International as part of our Business development team. He has since progressed to establish and manage our 1st African office based out of Cape Town, South African. Prior to joining Woodbridge Simon has many years of experience in Hospitality and co-founded a company focused on the production, brand development and export of wine. At Woodbridge, Simon is responsible for operations through Business development and Marketing in North America, Europe & Africa. Simon brings 13 years of marketing experience to Woodbridge and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in South Africa and has completed studies in Small Business Management & Entrepreneurship.

Roy Sutton

Roy Sutton

Roy D. Sutton, III is a successful C-Level and M&A executive. He brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate P&L and sales management, investment banking and corporate finance to assist clients with projects. Before joining Woodbridge, he was a commercial lender for Union Bank and an owner/partner with the roles of CFO, COO & EVP for several national businesses. Having been a principal or facilitator in over 100 transactions, Roy provides financial and operational advice to entrepreneurs and middle-market business owners on strategies to maximize their company’s value.

Roy works primarily in manufacturing, distribution, business services and IT projects. Roy experience also includes entertainment, art, video and film. After attending the University of Southern California, Roy lived in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Sacramento, Boston and now lives in Jacksonville with his wife and two daughters.

Michael C. Muzzy spezialisiert sich auf Dienstleistungen in der strategischen Geschäftsplanung. Davor war er als Manager in der Buchhaltung und  Wirtschaftsprüfung bei Laventhol & Horwath tätig, wo er interdisziplinäre Erfahrungen mit mittelständischen Firmen in vielen Branchen gesammelt hat. Mike ist ein Gründungsmitglied der Long Island Angel Network, Inc. und ist ein amtlich zugelassener Buch- und Rechnungsprüfer und lizenzierter Immobilienmakler für den Bundesstaat New York. Er hat einen BA-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft von der Adelphi University.

Mr. Sekhon has direct investment and M&A experience in numerous transactions representing over $500 million in market value. His industry experience includes enterprise software, manufacturing, business services, medical devices, wireless communications, RF integrated circuits, semiconductors, environmental remediation and commercial real estate. Since 1995, Mr. Sekhon has served as a director or observer on the Board of Directors of twelve portfolio companies and one Small Business Investment Company (SBIC). Tex has been instrumental in the structuring and funding of numerous entrepreneurial endeavors. Mr. Sekhon has led several equity investments in various retail, office, multifamily, industrial, and land acquisitions and developments representing over $100 million in total project value. Tex holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. Tex has industry expertise in aviation and technology.

Zuvor war er Mitbegründer zweier internationaler Ankaufgesellschaften für Gesundheit und Schönheit, und spezialisierte sich auf die Konsolidierung des sehr fragmentierten, professionellen Gesundheits-/Schönheits-Einzelhandels. Eine dieser Firmen wurde ein NMS NASDAQ-börsennotiertes Unternehmen, das Erlöse von über 100 Millionen Dollar erzielte. Ken hat eine enorme Erfahrung in mehreren Roll-up- Transaktionen, mit Schwerpunkt Herstellung und Vertrieb in den Bereichen Gesundheit und Schönheit, Einzelhandel, Konsumgüter, industrielle Produktion und Vertrieb. Er hat außerdem eine ausgedehnte Erfahrung im Investmentbanking und in öffentlichen und privaten Emmissionen. Er ist ein amtlich zugelassener Wirtschaftsprüfer und konzessionierter Immobilienmakler im Bundesstaat Colorado. Von der University of Colorado erhielt er einen BS-Abschluss im Rechnungswesen.
