Based in São Paulo, David began his career working for a financial boutique in London and later moved to Banco Real de Investimento (Banco Real Group) where he was responsible for structuring over $1 billion in debt transactions. He then joined Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance and worked on M&A, financial advisory and privatization assignments. He later worked for RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) where he was responsible for originating and structuring Management Buyouts and Buy-ins, corporate acquisitions, development finance, and other leveraged transactions. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Hons) degree and an MBA from the University of Bath in the U.K.
Priscilla began her career in Equity Research at Crédit Commercial de France, Société Générale, and Planibanc. She then joined Deloitte Touche Corporate Finance and was involved in several M&A projects, most notably the privatization of telecommunications in Brazil. After working in business planning to raise funds for the new telecom entrant in São Paulo (Vésper), Priscilla joined the local incumbent, Telefónica, where she worked in Strategic Planning and then Marketing at the company’s long-distance service start-up. From 2005 to 2011, Priscilla worked independently as a corporate finance and strategy consultant, and also as a contractor for some of the world’s largest management consulting firms. Before joining Woodbridge, Priscilla was a Senior Associate at A.T. Kearney. She has a BA in Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Brazil’s top business school.
