Woodbridge Closes Trenton Pipe/Holloway Deal

New Haven, Connecticut – December 19, 2007 – Woodbridge, LLC. is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Trenton Pipe Nipple Company, based in Federalsburg, Maryland.

The acquirer, Stephen J. Holloway, is the former Owner, President and CEO of JOSAM, a leading manufacturer of quality engineered plumbing drainage products.

Founded in 1911, Trenton Pipe is the country’s second largest manufacturer of brass pipe nipples, with hundreds of active customers. Their products are sold to a variety of markets, including plumbing, waterworks, well water, irrigation, pool supply and boiler companies.

Woodbridge’s marketing campaign for Trenton Pipe Nipple reached over 3,500 prospective financial and strategic buyers. Sixty-eight prospective buyers received the company’s confidential memorandum, including Mr. Holloway, who learned about the company from the Woodbridge website’s Engagements page.
